The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location is a short walk away from public transportation and markets. The place was clean and neatly organized.
The equipment is outdated and worn out - the washing machine has a moldy buildup on the rubber rim, the drying rack is broken, and the shower head leaks. The entire place is rather damp so there's already a lot of mold build up, especially in the bathroom.
The bed is rather small (120x190), but the worse part is that it's actually a futon - which is also worn out, doesn't provide good support and isn't comfortable. The pillows could also do with a change.

The location is excellent. One of the best location in old tiblisi.
There isn't any mirror in the apartment 😕.

It was very good and kind host who explained us everything from beginning,we stayed 10 days almost , we did not have any problem with internet,air conditioners, or something else, apart from that i did not book last day , i mean missed but he helped us to stay one day more , he is very helpful generally when you ask something
