Хочу сказать огромное спасибо семье которая сдаёт эти аппартаменты, чистота, внимание, помощь в вопросах, всегда на связи, живут рядом с номером, поэтому помощь не только по телефону но и физически. Машину можно припарковать прям у калитки, улица не шумная, все удобства от салфеток до одноразовых тапочек. Хозяйка Ася просто замечательная девушка, у нас были некоторые проблемы с машиной и финансами, всегда была с нами на связи,помогала и с геолокацией и по вопросам снятия наличных, за что ей огромное спасибо, эта семья навсегда в нашем сердце 🤍 ❤️💕🌷 Отдых был прекрасен как и жильё, самое главное люди создают такую прекрасную атмосферу в этой стране 🤗🤗🤗 P.S. Такой чистый номер и такой подход ко встрече гостям у нас первый раз, всё сверкает и пахнет свежестью 😍Ближайшее метро Авлабари.

The apartment is brand new, well-equipped, and spotless. It's in a quiet residential area, a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. Asya is absolutely fantastic, and there's nothing she and her husband won't do to make sure you have everything you need. This was our second visit, and we look forward to staying here again whenever we're in Tbilisi.

Without a doubt, the best thing about this property is the hosts. Asya made kachapuri for us, gave us a lovely gift of souvenir coffee cups, and she and her husband drove us to the airport and will pick us up when we return. They're even keeping our car in their garage for two months while we travel. They've become more like family to us, and we look forward to staying with them again when we return. Everything in the apartment is brand new, it's immaculate, and the wifi speed is outstanding. Asia does everything with love. If you're planning to visit Tbilisi and have a car you have to deal with, don't look any further, this is the property for you!

My family and I have just returned from a stay at these apartments, and we are so pleased with our choice. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hostess, Asya. She is a wonderful person – attentive, caring, and always ready to help with any question or request. Her hospitality made us feel at home from the very first minute. We are very grateful for such a positive experience and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. Thank you for everything!
