The room was very new, beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff and concierge were all warm, welcoming, and professional, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit London.
There was some construction noise from the apartment above in the morning, but I believe it was just due to unfortunate timing. Other than that, everything was excellent.
