This property was perfect for our stay. We were two families traveling together with three teenagers, and each teen had their own room, which made for a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. The property has air conditioning, which I didn’t initially think would matter for a visit to London. I was wrong! During the August heat, it was absolutely essential for a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t book another place in the summer without it. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was a great place to relax and unwind after busy days sightseeing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, although we couldn’t resist grabbing our morning coffee from the wonderful coffee shop just around the corner. A thoughtful touch was the abundance of phone chargers throughout the property—no more arguments over whose turn it was to charge a dead phone! I did a lot of research before choosing this property, and I’m so glad I did. The neighborhood was fantastic, with the nearest Tube station just a 10-minute walk away. There was also a convenient corner shop directly across the street and a great pub around the corner. It’s next to a police station. Very safe area! The highlight of our stay was meeting the owner, who clearly takes great pride in the property and genuinely enjoys making sure guests have a wonderful experience. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the TV. I’m sure if we reached out to the property folks , that would have been resolved. Wasn’t a priority for us !

The flat was very pretty, felt cozy and like a real home instead of a rental property, and the location was great. Easy 10-15 minute walk to get to the tube and there were bus stops even closer. Also easy to walk to coffee shops or restaurants.

It was a little dusty and there weren't enough linens/sheets for us to access. The washer and dryer were too small/slow for us to launder them easily, and we were charged after the fact for opening up a fresh linen pack.
