Rental company were responsive to messages. Interior of apartment and equipment was all brand new and very clean. Great cupboard space in bedroom. Great cupboard space, utensils and appliances in kitchen although could do with leaving some User manuals out. Comfortable beds and warm bedding Location was excellent - few minutes to motorway, metro, restaurants, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy.

No Check In procedure received prior to arrival. On arrival @ property, didnt know where to park or how to obtain keys until the rental agency turned up with Key and lock box/instructions. Departure instructions incorrect (advising to use a mailbox code to gain access to key box). No where to enter a mailbox code then rental agency advised mail box was not locked. No hot water for first 2 days. We had to open the electrics cupboard and manually turn on once advised by the rental agency. Rental agency had no spare key for the property. Heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working or switched on. TV Unit in bedroom is too low, unable to see all the TV whilst in bed. Additional fixtures and furnishings required - bin in bathroom, mirror in bedroom.
