We had a great time at Grand Hills Kandy. We immediately liked the location, which is in the hills surrounding Kandy. The views are spectacular. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the manager went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The airconditioned room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hills Kandy for couples and families visiting the Kandy area.
A minor point of feedback: it would be nice if the room was equipped with a towel rack.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Allerdings braucht man circa 20 Minuten aus der Stadt. Das Personal war freundlich und versuchte, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Die Sauberkeit speziell im Badezimmer ließ für ein Viersternehotel zu wünschen übrig. Zudem waren wir sehr verwundert, dass wir den Zimmerpreis vorab bezahlen mussten, ohne dass wir die Zimmer gesehen haben..

Prima ontbijt. De mensen zijn aardig en behulpzaam.
Het is wat verouderd. De badkamer is daardoor niet goed schoon te krijgen.
Toen we aankwamen werd ons gevraagd meteen te betalen, dat is bij andere hotels niet zo. Het voelde daardoor wat opdringerig.
Wat niet meehielp was het slechte weer, waardoor we geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad, wat er wel heerlijk uitzag.
Het hotel is heel gehorig en galmt enorm, daardoor hoor je sochtend vroeg al vanalles en voelt het niet zo gezellig en warm aan.

Skvělé místo pro dovolenou. Panuje zde klidná a pohodová atmosféra s výhledem na zelené hory. Zůstali jsme jen na jednu noc, ale klidně bychom tu pobyli déle. Snídaně, pokoj i personál – vzhledem k ceně vše na dobré úrovni 👍
