The location of the property is good.

The property has a lot of problems and issues: 1. Its an old property and requires a lot of maintenance. The rooms / furniture / flooring / bathroom (wash basin etc). 2. It has a misleading description that higher floors are accessible through elevator. It is only upto 3rd floor and to get to the fourth floor, you have to walk a long way and then multiple stairs to take! 3. Despite a huge property with many rooms, they have one mini elevator which cant even accommodate more than 6 and if you have luggage - you have to wait. Sometimes you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to wait for the elevator if there are some checkouts or checkins. 4. We felt that they discriminated with us - gave us last / corner rooms on the 4th floor (unused rooms for sometime, with stains on flooring, water blockage in washbasin, tv not working, some windows covered with wood so that you dont get view. Upon requesting, again they shifted us on the similar rooms on third floor with similar corner location towards the end. After much of discussion and request they finally obliged us with two better rooms. 5. The property was half occupied as we could see and observe during breakfast time and other timings in lobby / dining areas etc. and they kept telling us that the property is full and we don't have rooms. Rather they did not want us to give us a room worth the money.
