Lovely staff particularly Minon, the front office manager, who changed and upgraded our initial room because of a problem with the shower. She was always on hand checking everything was going well. The hotel is a historic building and some beautiful areas, particularly the pool and dining room. Our second room was stunning with a lovely bathroom.
There were a lot of staff dealing with check in and check out which was slightly disconcerting (we were at times asked questions by three different people) it is a lovely old building but some areas could probably do with an upgrade such as the carpet in the hallways.

We got a last minute deal and I cannot fault the staff, location and room. It’s an old colonial style building and we had a Heritage room which they put a camp bed in as I was with my two teenage children. Breakfast was delicious and we felt totally spoilt.
