La Casa - Jardin & Parking Privé - Plage à 300m - Saint-Énogat

Établissement très bien situé dans Dinard, de jolis commerces proches, et bien sûr la plage. L’intérieur est fonctionnel, la literie très bonne. Le patio est un grand plus en été (nous avons eu beau temps toute la semaine et en avons profité pour tous nos repas)

Petite maison équipée très agréable pour un court séjour en famille.

The property was close to bars and shops in the area of town and indeed very close to a nice beach.

Zero communications with the owners prior to arrival. The property itself was hard to find, keys in a locker at the end of a messy neighbors court yard, and did not have a clean approach. Ash trays in the gardens not cleaned. The garden full with hundreds of rotten apples, attracting wasps and the likes, the furniture and kitchen utensils, including the fridge, all off ‘grand mothers left over quality”. Old vegetables still in the freezer. A 10 as a rating on Booking seems to have been manipulated. I would have accepted a 6-7 and be less critical. Certainly no value for money.
