About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), a floor area of 100 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests.
Situated in a housing complex comprising flats and houses, it is a semi-detached property.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven (combined oven and microwave), toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional amenities: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 50 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Dinard, in the St Enogat neighbourhood, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle in the private above-ground parking space. The parking space is situated in front of the house.

- Nearest railway station: 15 km away in St Malo
- Nearest airport: 80 km away in Rennes

Saint-Malo is about a fifteen-minute drive away, and you can take the water taxi, which will get you there in 10 minutes.
