Ionian Skyline Horizon House by ΜΡS

The view is absolutely stunning and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The apartment itself is new, well-designed, and fully equipped. It has multiple balconies, a garden, and a great layout with bedrooms on the lower floor and a spacious living room and kitchen upstairs. Everything had the potential to be perfect, and the price is relatively reasonable for what is offered.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the apartment’s potential. Upon arrival, the beds were not made, there were no towels, and the gas was disconnected. It seems that the issue is mainly with the service/management company, which was not efficient and made several mistakes with the booking and preparation of the apartment. Communication was also frustrating — our requests were answered with generic, often irrelevant responses that did not really address our needs. For example, we were sent taxi information from Corfu, which is about 20 km away and not relevant to our location. In addition, for a property of this level, we would expect some basic essentials such as salt, pepper, and olive oil, which were missing. The shower is large and impressive, but even there, there is nowhere to properly hang the shower head, which made it less practical to use.
