Cozy apts with pool&bar, very good value for money

Very good villas equipped with all you need, a terrace in front, pool with a bar & food, parking and pet friendly. They also offer delivery food from nearby restaurants if you are lazy like us, we just liked to stay at their nice pool. Super kind hosts! Felt really welcome! The beach is 2-3 min walk away, it’s a small beach with sand+stones. If you want. A bigger beach you need to walk further some 10mins. Easy to drive, park and close to city/ferry/airport. Very good price for the value!

Fabulous value a accommodation close to the beach

The apartment had everything we needed, the pool is gorgeous, big and clean with lovely sun loungers. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach even in peak season and the apartments have sun umbrellas to take to the beach free of charge.

The apartment had some spiders in, and is surrounded by cicadas which can be very loud during the day

Very good value for money.bus stop very near to take us to 2 towns corfu and benitses

The owner made sure he is there to show us our apartment. Answered all questions from booking very patient. Helped me book island tour with pick up from nearest bus stop. Bus available specially important for us who did not rent a car.airport transfer he organised too. We took taxi from airport to fouxia and I paid €30 it’s about 15-20 mins drive. You can take bus too to corfu town then bus 6 to fouxia. Bus ride is €2-2.50 each ride/way. Prices I have put here are July 2025. Pool clean and new and they have a small dining area where u can order snacks/breakfast/drinks near pool area.

Amazing pool and property

The pool is extremely clean and new. We loved it during our stay. The owners are very nice and the room was very clean and a good size.

It’s on a bit of a busy and winding road with limited space so walking down the street to the restaurants was a little stressful with the traffic.

Clean and spacious room, a bit distant for walkers

Clean and spacious room in a beautiful yard. Room had everything we needed for 2 nights. Host was kind and helpful.

The location was far away from everything. We like to walk, but the street had little space for walkers and many cars, which was quite scary especially at night in the dark. Street did not have many restaurants or shops. Buses did not go as often as we had been told, maybe that was because we visited outside of tourist season (May, 2025). Taxi to closest towns and airport cost over 40 euros. I’m sure the apartment would have been wonderful if we could have rented a car but since we could not, moving around was a bit difficult. Also, the swimming pool was shallow and more suitable for children.

Amazing gem next to Kerkyra

We were looking for some place with fair price. What we found was far beyond our expectations. Staff was amazing from the owner through receptionists to housekeepers. These guys like their job and you can see it. There are several restaurants delivering food to their place. Rooms are big and nice, bathrooms were clean. It is also possible to rent a car there (cheaper than at the airport) and I believe around this time they opened also bar close to swimming pool. I believe this place is in good hands and will definitely come back again.

A pleasant stay

Lovely and clean environment with fully equipped kitchen, great view to the sea or gardens. Several small beaches in short distance.Lovely personnel. Bus nr.6 from nearby stops gets you to the town in 20min.

Nice as a base for your day trips

Friendly staff and a very nice location of the apartments. The room with sea view gives you great possibilities to eat your breakfast while watching the sea, sitting on a nice balcony. Hotel is located just few minutes by car from the Corfu town, which makes a good starting point to see the capital and also the whole island. The buildings look colorful and the whole facility is nice. It was a good place to use as a base to the whole day trips.

Our room was very humid and dark which caused a lot of insects inside. Due to that our clothes were humid on daily basis and our passports became soft. My guess is that it's the best to rent it during summer when it's in general more dry. Windows didn't let a lot of sunlight inside, so we needed to keep lights on often, also during the sunny days. Toilet was very small and triangle shaped and it was a bit difficult to organize ourselves there. Some water was coming up from toilet floor ventilation most of time. Rooms on Booking were marked as soundproof but we were hearing our neighbors talking and snoring.

The family who lives there is very nice and helpful. they allowed us to stay longer after check out while we were waiting for a flight. I really recommend you to stay there. Really lovely place 😍

Friendly owner, cute cats, not the best but not the worst room.

The owner was really friendly, we could book programs through him, even rent a car. They had a lot of friendly cats.

The lamp switches were horribly placed, and the overall cleanness could've been better. The bed wasn't great, and the window couldn't close very securely. The location was not the best, we could only walk on the side of the road to have dinner and it was very dangerous in the night with cars going fast especially when in the turns a bus came.

I recommend this apartment

Nice complex on just 10km south of Kerkyra. Room was clean and spacious. The furniture in our room was a little bit older but it was fine. There is a pool for guests. On just 50 meters from complex is a bus station. You can rent a car in the complex for a very reasonable price. The owner was very helpful.

What's not to like? Incredible value for money, wonderful hosts, great beach, brilliant pool area, good sized rooms, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean. It's also very well located, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets and on the main island transport route.

Charming place

Very comfy and clean place. Just by the sea with a small stone beach. Bus stop to city centre 50 metres from apartment. Rooms are spacious with balconies. You can watch planes landing. The owner very kind and helpful you can also rent a car here. Small and nice swimming pool, just renovated. It's all what you need to rest and spend nice time. It looks much better in real than in the pictures. Highly recommended!

Vasilis is very friendly and at the same time professional host. Apartments are decent sized and there is everything you need to rest. Cleaning ladies took care of the cleanliness.

Pedestrians are not a priority in Corfu so sometimes it's dangerous to walk next to the road. Almost no sidewalks - but this is not this apartment's fault.

I could not recommend it more! Vasilij- the owner was absoluty fanstastic, he would show you all places wthat are worth to visit. I did check most of them and I was delighted! The island is absolutly fantastic. I also renated a car in Fouxia (thaknk you for my cabioro). If you are looking for a cofort, places with an amazin view, greate host you shoul choose Fouxia.

Everything. Amazing place, amazing host, super clean and lots of cats if you like cats. Host is available 24/7 which is normally not the case. And most important, they are always happy.
