A beautiful property. Bright, clean and spacious with a beautiful sea and lush courtyard view!

A hidden gem just far enough back from the highway to avoid traffic noise and still enjoy a beautiful sea and lush courtyard view. Our room was bright, spacious, clean and fully equipped with anything we might need for a long or short stay.

We only had one short night at Flora Studios. Once we saw the room and the view, we wished we’d planned for a longer stay!

Peaceful, Immaculate with wonderful hosts

Possibly the most immaculately clean apartment I have stayed in. Everything sparkles and smells amazing. It's well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Its quiet, yet in a convenient location near to bus stop, shops, restaurants and of course the beach. The view from the room is beautiful! The garden is well maintained and it just feels very serene being with nature. The family that own these apartments are so lovely and happy to accommodate you. You have an option to rent kayaks too at a reasonable price which was an added bonus. Kayaking along the coastline was so beautiful. Sophia and her husband (tricky name!) were so helpful providing me with everything I needed and escorting me to the beach so I got safely on the kayak. I also met the owners father he was very sweet! I highly recommend! Thank you for everything :)

The owner met us when we arrived late at night. He carried our luggage up to the apartment fave instructions for WiFi etc. Was very pleasant and incredibly helpful when asked about anything. He organised a transfer to the port when we left.

There was NOTHING not t like. Host went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Small but pleasant apartment with some unfortunate incidents

We stayed in this apartment for several days. It is small but pleasant, with everything you basically need. There are two cooking plates available, which can be a bit limiting if you want to prepare more elaborate meals. Outside, there is a nice area where you can sit and relax. The WiFi connection can be unstable at times, and mobile data reception is generally inconsistent on the whole island. The shower was quite challenging, very small, and water easily splashes outside the shower tray, making the bathroom wet after each use.

Unfortunately, we did experience some less positive aspects during our stay. The apartment entrance has two doors; one of them needs to be closed for the electricity to work. This was not explained to us, which almost caused our food in the fridge to spoil when we returned from an excursion. Additionally, during cleaning, the cleaner did not lock the apartment afterward, leaving it open the entire day while we were away. We also had a box with various items on a table, including food and possibly my prescription glasses. When we came back at the end of the day, the box had been cleared away by the cleaner. Our food, and potentially my glasses, had been thrown away. To this day, my glasses are still missing. The host did try to help by searching in the trash for our food (which was indeed found there) and glasses and offered to reimburse the food, but unfortunately did not further address the matter of the missing glasses. Another time, a few empty plastic bottles we had set aside to refill for hikes were also discarded. I understand this could be seen as rubbish, but it still felt rather careless. The location of the apartment is good, with plenty of parking available in a nearby parking lot.

Very large and spacious. Light and airy, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.The bus stop was literally across the road and you can buy coffee at the little shop while waiting ( but no food on the bus). The beach was fab for walking along, if you have beach shoes on! It’s a pebble beach and Aussie feet were not used to stones on a beach 😆 Water Chrystal clear and the small fish were visible to watch. Also very short walk to yummy restaurants and a small supermarket. The apartment was upstairs, but I had assistance both arriving and leaving and was picked up from the airport, late at night, with lovely smiles.

I wish there had been a microwave, or more importantly, a toaster. I was there for 10 days and cooked in a few times. A microwave would have improved options ( currently an electric 2 hob bench top) for quick meals. I also like toast for breakfast, which I did,as a toastie in a frying pan. To get the views, you have to walk the stairs , so remember when booking!!

Nice place for a short stay.

Suitable for a one night stay. A short drive to the airport. Nice couple running the place. Could park right outside. Restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk away.

Superb

It was good quite location in Benitses. Villa has nice garden with cats which will visit you if they will like you) The apartment was big and we had inside everything what is necessary there: air condition, dishes, television, fridge. A bed was comfortable for sleeping. Villa was very close to the center of Benitses with different shops and bars and to the beach. And what we liked the most is that you dont have to go uphill. Because google maps shows not correct way. We travelled by car so...it was around 20 mins to Kerkira by car. But if you are without car it possible to use a Corfu citybus here but be ready that you will wait it on the stop under hellish sun. The owners was very nice, the old sir treated us a fresh cucumbers from their garden. A sea water was warmer than on a west side of island. And there is pebble beach and no big stones on enter to the sea.

wi fi ....there is not stable signal. But seems that such problem is everywhere on Corfu. Soundproofing is not good. We heard the neighbors washing the dishes in the morning. It was really very loudly. They doesn't have an own parking. We have parked on the road. It was possible to use a parking not far from this area but free places there its like lottery. But all this things did not spoil the impression of staying here. Also be careful on the avenue, because if you will want to go on the beach or to the center you will need to go by road. There re no sidewalks and this applies to the whole island.

Exceptional

The host was great, the place was clean and nice. It has everything you need. Close to the bus station as well as the rent store for scooters, cars and quads. Benitses can be a nice starting point for adventures like 40 min with the scooter to issos beach and 1:30 hour to sidari beach. I ll consider to stay here when we ll be back.

big room, balcony with rays of the sun in the morning, quiet place and close to the Blue bus stop. it is very convenient if you dont have car. Very nice and helpful owner Loakim. he kindly offered me a transport from the airport.

AMAZING LOCATION! You are next to the sea and within minutes of the forested hills and small mountain villages. In addition, you are ONLY a thirty-minute bus ride from OLD TOWN. Benitses is a GEM!

Hosts should realize that many people are digital nomads - remote workers these days and some of us need a quiet space to do our work. This comment is NOT specifically directed to Elina Studio, it is something I've experienced all over the Balkans. Just an observation 🙂

I am going back very soon.

It was my first trip to Corfu and my flight arrived late. I was confused how to reach the apartments. The owner was reachable over whatsapp and he informed the nearest landmark to reach Elina Studios. Location: Perfect for anyone and everyone who would like little seclusion from the busy Corfu town. If you are coming by bus, the stop is Stadio. Walk 50ms more and then enter a lane which leads to the apartment. If you are coming from Corfu Town, you need to take bus number 6, the journey takes around 20mins. Amenities: Cleanliness was great, a refrigerator, AC, small kitchen was present, along with a Sofa, a small table Touristic possibilities: You have the option to hike up to the mountains and also watch a brilliant sunrise all by yourself across the street from the beach. During the day, if the weather is good, the bus journey to Corfu town is thouroughly enjoyable. There is a small cafe round the corner and also a small supermarket as well. As tourist, I feel it is also my primary responsibility to support and promote local tourism in the post pandemic age. Overall it was a great experience and I am going to go back again.

A place to come back to ❤️

We had a little house in the beautiful garden with a comfortable bed , little functional kitchen and a bathroom with everything you need and lots of warm and cold water in the shower. If you just walk 100 m or less you are at the beach . Everything was clean , the A/C and the WIFI works very good . We loved to stay here and to meet Joakim and his old father Spiro. Thank you very much for everything , we will come back !

Communication with the host was great from the taxi pick up on day 1 right through to us getting back to the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment itself was ideal - clean, spacious & handy for everything in Benitses.

Peace in Corfu

.Apartment was very clean, it had everything you could want. The owner was very friendly and gave great restaurant advice...very beautiful flowers all around, very close to the beach and great restaurants...far enough from the road so you can't hear the traffic. A really great place to stay.

Exceptional

Very friendly owner. The apartment is clean, simple but has everything what you need. The little terrace with the garden is perfect. I recommend Elina Studios for everybody. Bus stop, cafe, restaurant are very close. The beach is 2 minutes. The hiking trail to the mountain begins very close to the house.
