Location was easily accessible with safe off street parking. Quiet. Bed and pillow were comfortable and room size was adequate for my stay. There was enough cooking equipment for meal preparation. There was a washing machine if needed.
Residence was run down. Garden and yard were a disgrace. Bathroom and kitchen dirty and bins overflowing. My room key was not available but after phoning the owner she said to take another key as the room was the same size as the room I had booked.
