Birdsland Suite

Loved the decor, was warm and cosy with everything I needed. Lovely and quiet. The chocolate was a nice touch and the coffee machine a bonus. It was immaculately clean.

I felt a bit vulnerable when I first arrived as I arrived quite late. Very dark street, no lights on in house and I couldn't see a street number.. Wasnt sure I was in right place, but Colin was very warm and welcoming once I messaged. I didn't know that the apartment would be connected to the main house with a door that locked from the other side. That felt a bit uncomfortable initially, but only because I arrived in the dark and was travelling on my own.The next morning I could see how lovely the street scape and gardens were.

Lovely lush gardens, well equipped room & amenities.

Unfortunately the keys weren't in the lockbox upon our arrival - the hosts were apologetic & able to get it sorted within an acceptable timeframe.

Clean, warm, comfortable and sufficient facilities for our overnight stay.
