The staff are friendly. The room is clean and big. Close to Taipei main station and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel we stayed in Taipei. Upon check in, receptionist ask if we need housekeeping daily. - I thought it’s a norm to do it daily? So we requested everyday but the bed was not make up daily, depending on the housekeeper mood.
The room came with only 1 pillow & when I asked for 1 more, receptionist ask me ownself collect at lobby LOL. Fine. I ask for extra bottle water and requested for 3. Staff said “ur room it’s only double room. So can only have 2 per day” My first time hearing this..
Soundproof was bad as well. The room beside us kept knocking the wall and we heard it all night long. Paid for a city view room but end up facing renovation net and another building.
Location isn’t near mrt either. Have to walk a 15mins.

This is my 2nd time and would definitely not the last. Location wise, this hotel is near at NTU red line station, also a walking distance from Taipei Main Station. Rooms are spacious for 4 pax with enough space to open luggages. Their bathroom has a bathtub which I love the most. It has a wide space for bathroom. I also love their free coffee and snacks at the lobby where you can stay and rest. Staffs are also kind and very accomodating. Another bonus is there’s a nearby food stall that sells food for breakfast to lunch.

We’ve stayed at Artinn many times now . Walking distance to main staton and xiamen night market (and blue like). Art inn is close to NTU hospital (red like) which skips trying to navigate main station .
