The property was spacious and in a convenient location, but unfortunately our stay did not fully meet expectations.

5/10 There were a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the property, including damaged furnishings, stained carpets and some items that would benefit from attention. We also experienced problems with the showers, with the ensuite only providing cold water and the main bathroom shower running very hot. Our main concern was that the sleeping arrangements did not match the Booking.com description. The listing advertised six beds, including two single beds in Bedroom 4, whereas there were only five beds in total and a single bed in Bedroom 4. As we were travelling with children, this created difficulties with our planned sleeping arrangements. We provided feedback to the host following our stay and hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. With some maintenance and a more accurate listing, the property could offer a much better experience.
