Property itself was ok. Management company were very responsive to try solve the multitudes of issues we had. They did their best to help but unfortunately as they’re not there or haven’t really checked the property themselves….they couldn’t see how bad it was.
Rubbish left out and overflowing on day of check in. Black, blue and green bin all full of rubbish and some bags left on the side too. Toilet not cleaned properly. Microwave had splatter all over. Oven also disgusting with trays not cleaned and old food at the bottom. The cleaner doesn’t realise the fire risk involved with such carelessness. Fridge was also not cleaned and had to get cleaner to come again to sort out after check in. It is unacceptable that my guests had to clean this property on their first day of holiday. In one of the room we also found a random hoodie by the bed…question is how did you miss the hoodie if you really cleaned the property? When cleaner did come round, she still would miss out on issues pointed out and my guests had to double check everything. Overall a very unpleasant start to the holidays and specially when guests were staying there for a month! I hope the management company takes this feedback very seriously and avoid future guests from having such experiences.
