Lord Windsor's Regal Chamber

Convenient location to drive to Dublin. Very clean. The host was very communicative, but we didn’t need anything. Very fair pricing and I feel like it was a great value. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we are ever back in Ireland — which I hope to be someday!

Might seem silly, but there were no outlets close to the bed. We actually pushed the bed over to the wall by the desk to use that outlet during our stay, and then put it back when we left. Consider a longer power cord, or having an outlet installed…? Also, the water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired. It took forever to rinse shampoo out of my hair! Maybe look into one of those “power shower” units that all of our other B&Bs had…? Last thing: a place for guests to put their belongings while showering would be great, and the bathroom is plenty big enough to put a small shelving unit, or at least some hooks or shelves on the wall. (I hate to complain without offering solutions.) Overall, the place was GREAT and VERY CLEAN. These minor inconveniences do not take away from that. Many thanks for the hospitality!

The ground floor bedroom, the 'Regal Chamber' was quite comfortable and spacious. The facilities were shared and were fine.

Host advertised property with bathtub but there is none. Why the host would advertise this when it was pointed out to him several weeks ago? A few utensils for cooking were lacking, one temporary resident had to purchase a spatula. If you're starting out renting you need to make sure essentials are supplied. Shower pressure is awful. Advertised is full Irish or English breakfast served daily. Host really needs to revise his advertising. Parking is limited.
