Robins Nest

We loved everything. We were attending my brother in laws wedding at Ballymagarvey village on the Sunday and we needed somewhere to stay the night before. For anyone attending Ballymagarvey Village, this is more than ideal. Robins nest is a 15/20 min drive away. (practically on the door step). When we arrived Sean was out watering his beautiful garden and we had the biggest, warmest, Irish welcome ever. Sean showed us and around and gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner. The apartment is attached to the main house, but has it's own door etc. It's got a great wee kitchenette with microwave and air fryer etc for heating something up, full sized fridge, tea and coffee making facilities etc. There was water and juice in the fridge, we had cookies left out for us. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom is huge, fully stocked if you forget something and had an amazing double shower. The icing on the cake for this place, is the garden. The garden is beautiful and you can tell how much love, care and attention has went into it. The garden is huge, has every plant imaginable, there's wee solar lights, ornaments and patio furniture to sit on. Beyond the garden is a beautiful golden field, like something out of a story book. It's great for unwinding after a long trip on a ferry and forgetting the chaos of a wedding day! We sat in the garden with a glass of wine and chilled before bed. It was just superb. We had to check out later as I put my heel through my dress, my makeup was not behaving etc. Sean and his lovely partner (sorry we didn't get your name) couldn't have been anymore helpful or accommodating. You'll never quite know how much that ment! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an amazing stay. This wee gem is a 10 min drive away from the town centre which has everything, but there are 3 restaurants within walking distance (we went to the black bull in which was great).

Having to leave. Honestly there was absolutely nothing I could find fault with.

Excellent location beautiful setting

Beautiful apartment. It was clean and comfortable and handy to Dublin.

No kitchen sink in the kitchenette so no access to fresh water. Part of the main house so a bit concerned about disturbing the hosts.

The place was very large with a separate bedroom and lovely, well stocked breakfast nook. The hostess was very friendly and answered all my questions offering suggestions to make our travels easier. Outside surroundings were beautiful and relaxing.,

Nothing I can think of

Toplage zur Stadt und zum Flughafen Dublin. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und in der Küche Trinkschokolade von Cadbury. Mehr geht nicht.

Alles super, fahrt hin und genießt es.

Ruim, fijne ontvangst, heel veel lieve details (koekjes, ontbijt). Rustig, goed bed.
