Newly Built Dog-Friendly Colorful Creekside Home - One Mile to the Ocean

It was quite

Nothing

Very clean and cozy house

Bathroom was functional but had a few cosmetic things that could be improved

The location was great, there were deer coming to the balcony. There are plenty of houses in the area but it's very quiet. The house had a very pretty interior, visually very pleasant, the beds were comfortable. There was everything I needed in the kitchen and much more.

The owners shot themselves in the foot with the wooden counters in both kitchen and bathroom. Also wooden flooring. Horrible when you have dogs and kids - like me. The house was clean and pretty well kept besides the bathroom. Firstly - the floor tiles in the bathroom are detached and they have sharp edges. They move as you walk on them and there is quite a large spacing between them. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous tenants when we came. The trash was still in the trash can - including used feminine pads. There was short curly hair everywhere, including the towels. The same hair was dropping off the shower curtain too. Not sure if it was pubic, dog or human hair but ot was the grossest I have seen. I reported it and the curtain was removed and replaced promptly. The cleaning team actually came in twice to get that bathroom into shape. The curtain was an issue because there is a standalone bathtub in the bathroom which has the curtain wrapped around so you can't take shower without the curtain touching your body unless you want to flood the bathroom with the holes in the floor. Anyway, if the team can get this bathroom floor back to shape and keep it all clean, I would recommend it to anyone.
