About this house rental

Come enjoy this quiet and comfortable two bedroom one bath home situated in Gold Beach. There are ocean views from the front porch. This home is located just blocks from the mouth of the Rogue River, Jetty and miles of Ocean Beaches. There is an excellent variety of activities to participate in while vacationing here, ranging from searching the shores for agates, to the truly outstanding fishing that both fresh and salt water has to offer. There is a community park with kid's activities two blocks away. There are many excellent restaurants and grocery stores in town.

The home is 864 sq. ft, and has a beautiful sunroom to enjoy a quiet place to sit and rest. There is ample off-street parking, including a one car garage, a double car driveway, and RV/Boat and truck parking. One of the bedrooms contains a queen size bed, and the other has a double. There is ample dresser and closet space, and the home comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience. It also has a Weber Charcoal BBQ.

Property owner made it very easy to check in and out. The location is really nice. Easy to get to them marina as we were there to fish. Overall, next time we head south, the fish will definitely be looking it up.

The house is perfect for a small family. Its right in Downtown Gold Beach. About 1 block from a big amazing park called Kids Castle. The house has all the comforts of home in an amazing location. 10/10 Will return!

Property was just as described. A great location, very peaceful, well stocked kitchen, awesome sunroom, comfy beds and lot's of wildlife! We saw deer, a coyote and more! Looking forward to a return visit.

When I first spoke with Laurie she described the house as a "sweet little place" and she couldn't be more right! Its a comfortable, clean and very sweet place to stay. Centrally located to everything, but in a quiet little neighborhood. Having bikes available was a nice touch as well. We had a marvelous stay! Can't recommend it enough.

In the heart of town, but far enough off of the 101 that it was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely want to stay here again if we return to Gold Beach.

I stayed in this home with my son and daughter-in-law for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and met all our needs. Laurie was very nice and communicated with us as needed. There were so many amenities available to us to use if we wanted. The wildlife came to visit in the morning and evening (deer) which was so nice to see.

We had a wonderful time is this very clean cottage .walked everywhere. There is a kids play park two tennis court with pickle ball jus down the hill. The only reason this great house does not get a 5 star is because the couch was very uncomfortable could do with a new one and may be another easy chair . Would stay here again. Thank you

Clean, quiet, tastefully updated and furnished. Near tall redwoods where ospreys nest. That said, the mattresses, sofa and toilet need updating and TV remote is a little wonky. (Maybe needs reprogramming). But all in all, we had a restful, beautiful week and we would consider staying again.

It felt adequately spacious. Most definitely clean. The kitchen had the tools we needed. Plenty of space for all we brought with us. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbird, the ospreys, and the deers. The mattress was amazing. I want to know exactly what mattress it was and did it have any special features added, such as lambs wool? By the end of our four night stay, my hips were no longer in pain. I never thought that my bed at home might be exacerbating my physical problems. We were delighted with our stay at this home. This place is a winner. We hope, someday we can stay here again.

I was very impressed with the overall condition of the property. It has been well taken care of in addition to being very clean. The owner provided all the furnishings you would hope to have in a vacation home. The linens were of high quality and in good condition. I would rent this home again if I were to return to the area.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. Property was super clean. Laurie is an amazing host. She called me couple of days before to walk me though the check-in process and the property. We had a very comfortable stay. There is a park just a block away. Great to go out and play some frisbee, football and basketball. Good restaurants nearby. Nice brewery nearby as well. Nice quiet beaches, we drove up the Jerry Flat Rd by Rogue river to go up the mountain, nice trails all around for hiking, we also drove to Coos bay 90min away, beautiful drive by the coast. Initially we were not sure about staying at gold beach, but found that this is a good spot. This is close to everything if you love nature. I will recommend staying at this property.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The house is spacious and warm, with all the things needed/wanted for a 6-night stay. We ate out a couple of times, but prepared meals in the nice kitchen several nights. Comfortable bed, large HD TV, spacious living room, quiet neighborhood. What's not to love? We hope to return to Gold Beach again (this was our second visit), and we hope it involves a stay at this home on the gold coast.

This house worked out perfectly for us being in the same neighborhood as my parents! It's only a few minutes to the beach and restaurants. It had bicycles and bike helmets that my kids enjoyed. It was a nice, clean house and we enjoyed our stay.
