Dog-friendly oceanfront home with beach access and large deck-EV charger

The location and the view were fantastic. Easy access to the beach by stairs which were easy to navigate or by a path with no stair, easy for the dogs next to the house. After we got into the the house it was a wonderful time.

We asked for an early arrival and I received emails that they would let me know if I could. I received emails, but none said if I could or couldn't. I finally called and was told that no response meant no. Then I never received an email telling me how to get into the house which meant another call to the phone number on the booking. He told us that we had to have a code to get into the lock box for the key, it didn't work so he had to look up how to get in, finally the correct code, but the key is difficult to turn in the lock and my husband had problems getting it open and he's a mechanic. While on the phone to the management person I asked about the early arrival and was told it was for cleaning. We had been sitting at the house for 1 1/2 hours and had checked it out 2 hours before that and there were no cleaning people there, so I don't know why they wouldn't let us have an early admission as the dogs were tired after the drive and it would have been nice to have a place to let them lay down comfortably. Then after the stay I sent an email to the management company about these issues that could be a little better and got a fairly sarcastic response back from them, so I wasn't impressed with the property management people, but the house itself was very nice.

This property sits in the most perfect spot, up on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It also sits next to a walking path that leads to the ocean so you don't have to bushwack down to the ocean.

First, it was difficult to find the key. We were told it was in a box by the door. There were THREE boxes on the property and the box with the key was farther away. Several things need to be fixed, including the dryer. We had little to no communication with the rental agency. The property was not as professionally run as it should have been.
