Tidy apartment with complete kitchen exactly what we needed for a 5 day stay, less than a block to the shore walking promenade, and dog friendly.

Nothing - all great

What a delightful little seaside nest! It was beautifully clean, well appointed, and pleasantly cool from the sea breezes through the livingroom windows - from which one could gaze at the sea. My friends had the big double bed in the bedroom upstairs, and I bedded down on the big, deep couch and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the livingroom was perfect for relaxing, and there was even a collection of dvds for the player. Lots of towels were provided, and the bathroom was very pleasant. The host was very friendly to communicate with and always responded promptly to any messages. There is no private parking (this is true of most of the Morecambe guest houses), but it was easy to find a spot on one of the side streets, which have no parking restrictions. Parking directly in front of the property is 1hr only from 8am-6pm, Mon-Sat; when we returned from our day out on Saturday evening we were able to park directly across from the front door until we were ready to leave on Sunday. One thing I will mention, I won't put it as a negative as it's nothing the host can change, but it might be helpful for those with mobility challenges to know: our room, #6 was up two flights of narrow, steep stairs. The halls are very clean and well-lit, nicely carpeted, and the stairs have sturdy handrails, but some folks might find them difficult. There are also several steepish steps leading up to the front door of the property with no hand rail. This is typical for houses of this style and period, but it might not be possible for everyone.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed. The bathroom was tidy and spacious. The views from apartment were stunning. Plenty of free parking in the area, close to the Promenade. Very comfortable bed, clean towels. Great communication with the host. A lovely welcome gift from the host. Local store opposite the house and Aldi just 4 minutes away. Great takeaway places of interested. I was very happy and it exceeded my expectations.

I don't have any issues to dislike. I was very pleased.

Prommeade and sea was very close, also a convenience store and free parking in the streets nearby and good bus services furniture modern and carpets new.

The stairs were not helpful for elderly people
