L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato, la cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, anche la macchina per il caffè con le cialde, c'è un frigo grande, il bagno spazioso ha la finestra, i letti sono comodi. Asciugamani a disposizione in abbondanza e di qualità. La struttura era pulitissima all'arrivo. La veranda permette di mangiare all'esterno e nonostante sia al piano terra è molto silenzioso. L'appartamento è comodo al mare, alla zona pedonale e alla stazione dei treni.
L'unico neo è che la seconda camera, soppalcata, rimane un po' calda nonostante l'aria condizionata nell'appartamento, c'è però un ventilatore a disposizione nel soppalco.
