Piccolo monolocale estremamente funzionale in una zona tranquillissima abbastanza vicina al centro di Bologna (30 min a piedi). L’appartamento smart perfettamente presentato da Bianca al nostro arrivo è dotato di tutti i comfort possibili!
Se proprio si vuole cercare il pelo nell’uovo, qualche disattenzione nei dettagli sicuramente dovuta al fatto che è una struttura nuova (mancanza di coperchio per le pentole e di strofinacci in cucina, nessuna busta in più per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, poca manutenzione della lavastoviglie).

La struttura è nuova, ben accessoriata, pulita e molto funzionale. La distanza dalla stazione FFSS è di circa 10 min. in taxi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è positivo. Il proprietario è persona squisita. Consigliatissimo!
Ho avuto alcuni problemi con il condizionatore prontamente risolti. Poi tutto perfetto.
