Cleanliness of the apartment , the kitchen and utilities were sufficient and proper, the shower was good, I liked the bed. So all in all a good value for money.

BUT, there is a big but for people who are sensitive to noise. Because the neighbors are really loud and noisy (male voice who seemed almost constantly on the phone or something during the night so maybe an other day/night rhythm or something). 2 out of 4 nights is was really really bad, 1 evening just bad and 1 night it was ok. For me a reason to not come anymore. But forgot to bring my earplugs (with plugs probably fine but my course times did not allow to get myself something during the day in a shop)

La ubicación está bien y el apartamento está bastante completo.

La calefacción es escasa , hay que enchufar los Split de A/A con aire caliente para ayudar a los radiadores. Sería conveniente poner microondas.

Appartamento pulitissimo, tutto nuovo e appena ristrutturato. Posizione perfetta vicino alla casa di nostri amici e alla pasticceria Muss. Torneremo sicuramente alla nostra prossima visita.
