Location was excellent, 2 miles from Tahoe City, very close to an open space for running, walking the dog, etc and Tahoe XC course. Small dog park at the townhome, quiet if windows were closed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs, bedroom had a fan which came in handy as it was hot during the day and early evening.
Upstairs loft bed was a mattress only, older pillows, bathrooms were both dated (but working and clean). Breakfast nook stools were too short, not reaching the height of the counter, porch needed tidying up outside.
