This adorable cabin blends retro, 60s-inspired charm with classic alpine comfort. Unwind by the cozy wood stove or soak under the stars in your private hot tub, taking in the crisp mountain air with your furry best friend by your side.
Endless adventure begins the moment you step outside. With expansive forest trails backing right up to the property, you have immediate access to hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. You are centrally located to North Lake Tahoe's major ski areas and just a five-minute drive from the dog-friendly public beach at Carnelian Bay. The vibrant dining, cafes, and shops of Tahoe City are also a short distance away, offering the perfect balance of serene woodland seclusion and convenient access to the best of Tahoe.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Please Note- The stairs going to the upper bedrooms are somewhat steep, and can sometimes be challenging for young children, or those with mobility challenges.
-This is an older cabin and sounds travel between all of the spaces fairly easily due to its A-frame nature. Guests walking on the stairs or in the upstairs rooms may prove to be audible to that downstairs.
-Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 2 dog maximum. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine much greater than the pet fee.
-Additional Fees include cleaning fee, administration fee, and local Transient Occupancy Tax.
-Check-out time is 10 AM.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very peaceful and scenic.

Had lots of fun staying here with my family. We had everything we needed. Dining table chairs were a bit wobbly but my husband took care of that. The house has a wonderful Hollywood vibe. We were only able to use the hot tub once because we were hardly there due to all the great swimming activities nearby. We had a great time! Would rent again!
