The master suite features a plush king bed and private bath, while the guest rooms (Queen and two sets of Twin Bunks) make this the perfect layout for families or groups. Located in a serene meadow, you’re just a short stroll from Skylandia Park Beach and the North Shore’s best trails. Enjoy community perks like two pools, a year-round hot tub, sauna, and tennis/pickleball courts.
For your convenience, this rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples.

We had plenty of space and appreciated the 2.5 baths, laundry, lots of beds, and clean space. It was exceptionally warm weather during our stay so the lack of A/C was noticed but there were lots of fans but took awhile to cool down the upstairs. We used the family pool which was basic but clean and quiet. The pillows were much too thick/puffy for our liking and our necks were sore from trying to use them. We also received a waiver via email from the property management company but they clarified it was not needed for the VRBO rental.
