Located less than a mile from Tahoe City, you will love this waterfront complex! It has a small, private beach - great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or even just lounging. Close to hiking and bike trails, a boat ramp and major ski resorts. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, outdoor BBQ, and pier. The condo has 4 bedrooms, all with new mattresses and box springs, and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 3 newly remodeled bathrooms, and 2 beautiful, sunshine-filled outdoor decks. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room, and laundry facilities on site. Free Wifi availible and Smart TV for streaming. Very spacious and comfortable .

Great location to the lake!!! We really enjoyed our time there. We went to the lake and hot tub everyday and night. We loved it. Mike was awesome at communicating the details so we had absolutely no problems checking in and he was so responsive to any questions we had during our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better host. It was a perfect 50th birthday getaway for my sister!

The cabin was very lovely to stay in and was in walking distance to a beach. The host is very accommodating, friendly, and responds promptly. We had a hiccup but were able to resolve it! (Property Insurance is great because accidents can happen!)Again, lovely place, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming, convenient cabin with lots of adorable bear decorations!

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. warm and cozy decor.Short walk to the pool, the tennis courts, the private beach and a short drive to Tahoe City.. Mike the host was very responsive to any of our texts.

We had a wonderful time! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pickle ball courts! Easy access to the lake. The property has a very small pebble beach, but is was not crowded. The house was very functional for a group of teenagers and adults. Mike was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.

Great location. Pier was a great place to see son rises and sets. Pool and hot tub was a great place to end a day of exploring. Saw a black bear at one of the state parks on the west side. The Nevada state park is a must place to go. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Casa Muzio at St Francis Woods is a wonderful condo in a great location. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Mike’s communications were thorough and timely, so checking -in/out and getting oriented was a breeze. The bear motif and decorations were very amusing; we counted 53. We’ll be back again for sure….and next time we’ll do a bear re-count. To all future guests: Game On !

The location was the best part, it was about 20 minutes from Palisades and a quick 1 minute walk to the lake. The host was very friendly and gave a very detailed check in process. The only issue was the cleanliness of the cabin, a lot of the dishes/utensils were dirty and they lacked a lot of cooking pans, so we weren’t really able to cook anything. The towels also had a smell to them and had some stains on there and the beds did not seem to be too clean. There was also no shower supplies (the host did tell me in advance) but I assumed we would at least have hand soap, but there was nothing. It’s a cute cabin though and has great vibes with a great host.

We were delighted to stay at this condo! Plenty of room to stretch out, we all had our own rooms, and the place feels like home. Close to the water and downtown Tahoe City, with plenty of things to do. The host was friendly and helpful and our check in process was super easy. The property had everything we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and we enjoyed them. The lake was right there..1 min walk! We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise on the dock. The stars at night was beautiful because there was very little light. Safeway is 4 minutes away. If we decide to come to Lake Tahoe again, we will definitely book this place. Thanks Mike for the quick responses too!
