I had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was the staff — they were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location! Just minutes from the Bari train station, and approximately 10 minutes from old town / Tourist attractions. The management team was great and super attentive to issues and made our stay that much more pleasant.
After years of traveling around the world, this is the FIRST time I had to take out the garbage and learn how to categorize garbage based different color coded bages (four types). We also had to find the large garbage bin on the street, and insert the appropriate garbage into the correct bin. (There are no labels on the bin). Even the price of the stay includes cleaning fees, I was very surprised the removal of the garbage was not covered in the fees I paid. (I believe €50 per kG of garbage will be deducted from the deposits if you leave garbage behind). There are also many sketchy migrants hanging out in the park, which is approximately 10 m in front of the front entrance of the apartment. I would be very concerned if my wife/kids had to walk home at night. The hot water tank is very small (30 gal?) and it gets cold after 8-10 minutes of shower, which is not fun if you have 2-3 people staying there.... as it takes over 2-3 hours to heat it up back to usable temperature

Zum Frühstück gab es Zwieback und kleine eingepackt Küchlein ohne Orginal Schachtel. Verfallsdatum nicht zu sehen! 🤨
Obwohl ich alleine war- keine Reduktion. Der Hammer war; Bei der Schlüssel Übergabe beim einchecken wurde ich höflich aufgefordert beim abreisen den Abfall mitzunehmen und selber zu entsorgen!! Unique!!
