Apesar dos contratempos, tivemos uma boa estadia e conseguimos aproveitar bem a viagem pela região da Puglia. A comunicação foi adequada quando relatamos o problema de energia, e a situação foi prontamente reconhecida pela administração.

Alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes. O banheiro apresentava forte odor e o exaustor não estava funcionando. Também houve limitações na capacidade elétrica do imóvel, com quedas de energia ao utilizar determinados equipamentos simultaneamente. A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa, e sentimos falta de uma quantidade adequada de itens básicos, como papel higiênico, para uma estadia mais longa. Além disso, o processo de locação possui muitas exigências e regras detalhadas, o que pode transmitir uma sensação de excesso de rigor ao hóspede.

Comfortable bed and the location was close to the sea and the old city center - maybe 10-15 min walking. Big dressing room in the main bedroom - a big plus.. even if it would have been better to be a bathroom there. Another nice to have when you travel really light 🙂 - the washing machine, even if we didn’t use it.

Oh, where do I even start? The restaurant underneath closes as 00:00 and opens at 5:30-6. You can’t sleep outside of these hours because of the noise. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine. Our contact person said it’s an old issue in the entire building. This was really hard to live with. It could probably be easily fixed with a smart ventilation system in the bathroom. Also having only one bathroom when you can acomodate 4-5 persons it can be quite challenging. The shower door was broken in the lower part - the sliding system. The kitchen has no bowls as all. The kids had their morning cereals in.. plates. That was interesting. Also the dishwasher didn’t work. There were mold traces in the bathroom and dressing. And we had no extra bin bags. This was the first accommodation ever for us where we had no bin bags at all. We used the ones from groceries.
