Picked this B&B as close to station and had balcony . Not the most attractive area but that what you get if book near major rail station We didn’t need breakfast as having early starts for day bus trip and next am train back to Rome
Coffee machine produced only lukewarm coffee. Only one tea cup with handle.

Central location and large room
Heat pump was broken so a large and loud portable air conditioning unit was in the room. Because it needed to be vented out the window we were not able to close the window meaning noise frim the street was able to be heard. No lift so had to carry all luggage up 3 flights of stairs which was very difficult.
