Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The location was very convenient for us, just a few minutes' drive from our friends' house, with Tesco and other supermarkets nearby. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the rooms were spacious enough for our family. We spent most of our time exploring the area and mainly returned to shower, sleep, and head out again the next day, but the property served our needs perfectly.
There was very little to dislike about the property itself. The only minor concern was the appearance of some neighbouring properties, which looked a bit untidy and gave a less welcoming first impression of the area. This is, of course, outside the host's control. We may have overlooked it, but a microwave in the kitchen would have been useful. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
