The property was absolutely amazing! Orazio’s house is beautiful, the balcony wraps all the way around and you get the most beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for cooking, the living room and bedrooms are comfortable and lovely! You also get the most beautiful view of the sea from the bedroom! The outside area has everything you need - a huge table for eating, sun loungers and comfy furniture so you can always eat outside. The best bonus of the house is that it is within a gated community with free access to an incredible beach which others have to pay for - it’s only a five minute walk down the hill to the beach which has amazing food and drinks also. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards at the beach too! The property left us wanting for nothing! We did not have a car when we stayed and could easily walk up to the village of Scopello (about a 20 minute walk), a car would probably be very useful but we were completely fine without. There is a nature reserve right along the road with many more beaches also within walking distance. Scopello is the most wonderful town with fantastic bakeries, restaurants, bars and shops!
