Mandei mensagem pedindo checkin mais cedo um pouco devido ao horário do meu voo, fui respondida que seria possível. Chegando lá, não havia ninguém pra nos receber, eu e minha filha adolescente. Liguei e ficaram de ir e não apareceram. Local, até onde estive, sujo, estranho. Fui embora e aluguei um quarto de hotel. Tentei cancelar e ter o dinheiro de volta e a resposta foi não. Fiquei no prejuízo e ainda paguei outra acomodação em outro lugar.
