The space has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and functional atmosphere, composed of:
- 1 Suite with a double bed and private bathroom
- 1 Room with 2 bunk beds (4 individual beds), perfect for children or groups of friends
- Spacious living and dining room, with TV, balcony and plenty of natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
- Air conditioning in all rooms and living room
- Attic with additional living room, ideal for relaxing, playing or working
The apartment is located in a traditional Lisbon building (without an elevator), in one of the most central and vibrant areas of the city — Largo da Estefânia, just a few minutes walk from Saldanha.
Here you will be surrounded by excellent restaurants, pastry shops, stores, shopping centers and all transportation (subway, bus and train).
A comfortable, practical, and full of personality space — perfect for enjoying Lisbon with the whole family!

- PARTIES AND EVENTS NOT AUTHORIZED
ADDITIONAL FEES
1. Late check-in (until 24h and after 24h):
- 45€ until midnight
- 65€ after 24h
2. Deposit: 250€
3. Door opening (key loss)
• Weekday prices:
- 40€ until 8 PM
- 60€ until midnight
- 120€ after midnight.
• Weekends and holidays add 20€.
• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the presented values.
4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Displacement to assist in device handling (when not justified):
- 40€ until 8 PM
- 60€ until midnight
- 120€ after midnight.
• Weekends and holidays add 20€.
6. Missing or damaged items after stay charge (deposit).
7. Late check out (not authorized or previously agreed): 70€ after 11:00 AM.
