This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon, just 25 minutes from Carcavelos beach. With an area of 60 m², the apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in the Portuguese capital.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with just a toilet. There are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 singles, accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals.
The apartment has electric heating, Wi-Fi and TV. Unfortunately, events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
The location is excellent, just 400 meters from a LIDL supermarket and 1 km from the Anjos metro station. It is also close to Carris bus stops. Lisbon Airport is 6 km away.
In the vicinity, you can enjoy golf courses, nature parks and a wide range of restaurants and cafes. The Tagus River is just 2.5 km away.

- €65 after 24h
2. Security deposit: €250
3. Door opening (lost keys)
• Weekday prices:
- €40 until 8pm
- €60 until midnight
- €120 after 24h.
• Weekends and holidays add €20.
• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the presented values.
4. Need to make new keys: €25.
5. Displacement to assist in the handling of devices (when not justified):
- €40 until 8pm
- €60 until midnight
- €120 after 24h.
• Weekends and holidays add €20.
6. Missing or damaged items after the stay charge (deposit).
7. Late check-out (not authorized or previously agreed): €70 after 11am.
