The listing address was incorrect. We arrived with significant luggage, unloaded at what we thought was the property, couldn't find the apartment, and had to call the owner to get the correct address. Loading and unloading again at the actual location. At the lobby, the apartment wasn't marked at the lobby level, and the doorman was rude and unhelpful. It wasn't a smooth arrival—it was chaotic and frustrating, and it cost us extra money and time. Beyond that, the decor and finishes don't match the listing photos—especially the bedrooms. The aesthetic reads substantially more modest than the images. Add to that synthetic linens, worn mattresses, and visible signs of wear throughout. For the price point, the quality and presentation fall short of what the listing promises.
