Exceptional

Cosy single room , nice sunny balcony with beautiful view, good facilities and friendly hosts. Ski room downstairs, hotel close to cable car. Ideal place for skiing holidays.

I was happy with everything. I could only suggest to move a tv set from the table to the wall.

All was perfect! Room had a small balcony, very clean and well furnished. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice. All the team was helpfull and friendly. And have a dîner at their place Restaurant La Briciola. Great food🥳 !

brilliant hotel in lovely Italian town

what a brilliant little place - guy in restaurant adjacent to the hotel kindly let us put our motorbike in there underground garage - nothing whatsoever to not like - owner and I think his dad ? could not have been friendlier and nothing was any trouble , you could smell his home baked cakes wafting up - spotless clean and breakfast usual continental fayre . a real find of a small family hotel - we asked for use of an iron and when we checked into our really nice and comfortable room there it was in middle of room - his wife’s proper iron board and iron 😀😀👍👍👍 . easy walk into centre of pinzolo which is really nice , nice places to eat / drink / relax . brilliant little family hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. cannot recommend this hotel highly enough really and I’m sure the owner will like when I say la palu is PERFETTO - Alan and Jane from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was rich and very good quality, fresh cakes and wide variety of local food. The hotel is pleasant and clean and quiet. Private parking at the hotel .

Pity the breakfast is served in the underground. There are small windows, but still underground. No fridge in the room.

very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in the city center with parking with all the restaurants you need around (and even a small one at the hotel with a daily menu). Hotel also had a small comfortable bar.

Will Come back here again definitely

This was my fourth time in Pinzolo for skiing and without any doubt this hotel is worth every euro spent. I will definetly return to this hotel for my next stay in Pinzolo. Very good quality breakfast, excellent ski room (with ski boots drying rack). Very helpful and attentive owners.

Pleasant stay

Great location: right at the center and close to skilift. The room wasn't big and modern but clean and cosy with necessary amenities. Enjoyed the huge balcony with great view! Private parking onsite, skiroom available. We had a warm welcome; felt like family running hotel. Good breakfast with orange fresh juice and delicious homemade pies.

Perfect, clean and cosy! The ideal ski accomodation and so so cheap!

Fantastic stay! Greeted by the incredibly friendly staff who spoke Italian and English to us. Perfect location to the ski lift, great breakfast, clean throughout and would recomend to anyone visiting this area!

Consiglio questa struttura perché ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia, la cortesia, letti grandi e comodi. Cena buona, colazione ottima con tanto di spremuta, frutta fresca, mirtilli e torte freschissime, meglio di molti hotel di categoria anche più alta

Purtroppo manca l' insonorizzazione, ho sentito bene sia i vicini, sciacquoni che le campane. Per fortuna dalle 23 circa c'è silenzio.
