Nice big villa with good facilities, lots of room and nice big outside space and pool.
While the house has AC, one room, the double bedroom does not, i managed to cope with this but some people may struggle. There are at least fans, but people should be aware of this if expecting all rooms to have AC.
The location is obviously a bit further out but you know this, bolt/uber is easy to get and very cheap, and your close to Alvor/portimao/ pria de rocha so well located centrally really. Supermarket 15 minutes walk away.
