Buona posizione, vicino al mare. Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e ben accessoriato.

Di fronte alla struttura c’è un nuovo palazzo in costruzione. I lavori iniziano la mattina presto (dal lunedì al venerdì) e sono piuttosto rumorosi. Inoltre, eravamo al primo piano e si sentivano sbattere forte le porte del condominio.

Good location, less than ten minutes walk to the beach. Spacious Appartment with everything you would need! Good balcony size overlooking the pool. Continente, Lidl and aldi less than 15 minutes walk away. Pool lovely and not too busy! Comfy double bed and lovely shower!

There’s a new Appartment block being built right next door to this property behind the pool. Big crane and could hear the building daily except the weekend! No umbrellas at the pool, had to buy one as was needed!

Da localização, apesar de ficar a 10/15m a pé da praia, dava sempre para fazer uma caminhada de manhã. Com a geleira levamos o carro e encontramos sempre estacionamento gratuito no local perto da praia. Estacionamento gratuito no local, e também privado. O apartamento superou expetativas, pois foi uma reserva de última a um preço muito convidativo, então estavamos um bocadinho expectantes. O apartamento é igual às fotografias e a vista para a piscina torna tudo mais confortante. O colchão é um pouco macio, para nós foi uma adaptação, pois gostamos dele rijo, mas não impediu de dormir umas noites descansados. Como fica no rés-chão, ouve-se um pouco a porta de entrada bater, pois as pessoas não a seguram.

1. Bizarre Check-In Experience The check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable. I reached out via the Booking.com chat to request early check-in, but received no response. When I arrived at the building, an elderly couple approached me and started speaking in broken English about keys while guessing my nationality (oddly assuming I was Czech). They didn’t know the booking name and couldn’t confirm they were my hosts, so I walked away. Later, I found out they were indeed my hosts. Our second interaction was terrible; they were visibly annoyed and even hostile about waiting for me, despite the lack of prior communication. A simple lockbox for key pickup would have been far more efficient and far less stressful. 2. Unbearable Noise from All Sides The noise in this apartment was a nightmare. Not only was there zero soundproofing, but also my stay was plagued by construction noise. The neighbors were renovating, with walls being demolished from 8 AM to 4 PM daily. The constant hammering and drilling were impossible to ignore. Additionally, a nearby building was under construction, so every day there were loud metal-cutting sounds as they worked. Even when this wasn’t happening, the apartment’s poor layout added to the noise. The bedroom’s window faces the building’s tiled stairwell, amplifying every sound. Starting at 6-7 AM, you hear neighbors slamming doors as if they were in the apartment. Sleeping in the living room on an uncomfortable sofa didn’t help—the noise from the main door was just as loud and disruptive. 3. Dirty Kitchen The kitchen was disappointing. The cabinet doors and handles were sticky with grease, and the wooden countertop was unpleasantly sticky as well. There were stains near the sink, and the freezer had an excessive buildup of ice, like it hadn’t been defrosted in years.
