CBD Studio Apartment

It's a decent space being opposite central station is great for general access to the city. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus.

This was a sublet of an Adina Apartment. It's a grand old building and it has no ramp at the entry, there is a stair lift for wheelchairs but nothing for bags or people with restricted mobility so I found the entrance/exit tricky. The provided cutlery was not clean. There was mould on the tea towel provided. And black mould growing in the grout of the shower. No face washer was provided and no shampoo in the shower, only body wash. I'm used to a studio apartment having a hot plate and oven, this apartment only has, toaster, kettle and small microwave. So you can't actually cook.

Across the street from Central station, short walk from shopping centres including two Woolies (one standard and one Metro next door), no access from people off the street due to needing card access to get into the building and elevator, washer dryer combo was very handy, spacious shower and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, wardrobe with hangers handy for getting clothes ready for the next few days, fridge freezer very handy, microwave, sink to hand wash dishes and utensils in the room, tv is perfect, extra blankets available if needed, heating and cooling easy to use, desk for use is convenient for laying out items for packing, hair dryer available, decent towels and a vacuum cleaner handy to clean up any mess if you stay for a long period.

Just a few things for feedback purposes: body wash needs to accompanied with shampoo and conditioner in the shower, more than one washing pod would be handy for anyone staying more than 1-2 nights, ice tray for anyone wanting to make ice cubes for long stays, instructions for using the washer dryer combo would be very handy as not everyone knows how to use Google to find instructions, a short list of services near by such as transport, shops (especially grocery), markets or events on. I’d highly recommend giving the bathroom vent a clean as it is full of dust (should be done after every stay to remove dust), as well as having the seals around the inside of the shower replaced as they appear to have black mould in them due to wear and tear.

location is perfect with central station across the road. Access to/from domestic airport was so smooth and timely.

Aircon setting cannot be altered . It was set on cool mode but room was still warm . Unfortunately ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night ! Found ants in the sink . Alot of banging noises early in the morning in the above rooms probably from outside renovations.

Loved our accommodation and Mimmi was the perfect host. The apartment was exceptionally well located, with a fantastic pub across the road.
