Location
Check in APP & Keys not being on site. The APP is a clever idea, but had two technical failures with it & when you don’t know what is supposed to happen as a one off user, that is problematic. Was left struggling to access apartment. Fortunately the building reception were very helpful.

Location! Location!location!
This was a very important as we had to catch the train to Narangba every day which made this very important.

The location of this property is fantastic. It is across the road from the Central train station and within walking distance of Queen Street Mall. The host Jenny has also been fantastic to deal with.
The room is within Adina Hotel, however as you aren't a hotel guest, you aren't able to check in via the hotel or leave your luggage at the reception.

I had to complete a form on a very short notice (48hrs) prior to arrival " boarding pass" Got the keys at a 24/7 shop with all my luggage, cross the road to get into the unit, not convenient at all.
