Lo que me gustó más es que dispone de 2 aires acondicionados que garantizan una buena temperatura también en las habitaciones. El amfitrion amable y atento, el piso esta limpio y en buenas condiciones pese al estado del edificio y de la zona.
Para pasar la noche esta bien, pero el edificio es viejo y sucio y la zona es bastante "Salou/Lloret de mar Xperience" turismo de borrachera, en el portal hay desechos típicos de este ambiente, preservativos usados, calcetines ahi tirados, etc. El piso esta genial para estar donde está, se nota que el dueño se lo curra y lo cuida aunque haya cosas que no dependan de el. Nos encontramos un par de cucarachas pequeñas pero sin problema porque el dueño ya sabiendolo tenia sprai y material para matarlas.
