The apartment is quite nice, good size, the kitchen works perfectly, the AC as well. Nothing to complain about the apartment in itself. The location is nice, few walk to reach the high street and also Platje Llevant. By car you are not more than 10 minutes away from Portventura World, Pineda, Cala Cranc, those beaches that we considered the best.

Rubbish policy: As an aparthotel, they should provide us with indoor containers. Unfortunately, inconsiderate people throw rubbish bags in the building corridors, garage, and elsewhere because they don't want to throw them away in the outside containers. Pool area: They should have a lifeguard or someone to look after the pool area. Rules are not followed by adults or kids—people dive, eat, smoke, use pool floats, and play loud music. It was very unpleasant, unfortunately. One-way system: There is only one road that goes around the whole condo, and it is quite narrow. It’s a one-way system, meaning we have to go all the way around to exit the property. Rude people who do not respect the rules go the wrong way, causing awkward situations when you try to get in, because you can't reverse into the street. There should be clearer signs around the property, as the arrows on the road are not enough for those people.

We liked that the apartment is suitable for 6 people, has air conditioning, a coffee machine, and two toilets.

However, there was a lot of dust on the chandeliers and walls, and the floors and surfaces were not cleaned properly. The sink in the bathroom was also getting clogged.

Absolutely spotless clean, amazing staff, great location everything in apartment.
