About this apartment rental
** IMPORTANT: ** From 15/09/2026 until early 2027, façade renovation works will be carried out in different areas of the building. During this period, scaffolding will be installed and noise, reduced privacy and other inconveniences resulting from the works may occur. Guests who book during these dates should take these circumstances into account before confirming their stay. By formalising the booking, it is understood that they have been previously informed of the existence of these works and the possible inconveniences associated with them.

The PLAYAMERO complex is ideal for enjoying the summer, the beach and the best atmosphere of the Costa Dorada. It is located on the seafront, on the famous Playa dels Capellans, which is accessed directly from the communal area of the complex. Playa dels Capellans is a small beach located in the tourist centre of Salou, with good services and facilities, quieter than Playa de Llevant and with a very family-friendly atmosphere. It also has a pine tree area with a children's playground. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.
LAYOUT
It has capacity for 10 people and is partially renovated.
- Large furnished terrace with impressive views over the cove.
- Spacious living-dining room.
- Separate kitchen with utility room (IMPORTANT: The photos are not up to date, as it will be completely renovated during the winter of 2025 with a clean and modern style and new appliances).
- Bedroom with double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds.
- Quadruple bedroom with 4 single beds.
- 2 bathrooms with shower.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Outdoor swimming pool open seasonally during summer only. With direct beach access from the communal area.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request. Maximum height 2 metres.
- Free Wi-Fi in the communal area. Please note that the signal does not reach inside the accommodation, but if desired, you can hire a 4G router with supplement to have Wi-Fi inside the accommodation.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Absolutely great property, perfect loction overlooking the beach. Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 3 kids. Only small problem with 1 air con unit which was fixed very quickly after reporting. We can't recommend the property and booking process highly enough

Apartment was clean but smelly when we finally found our way into the apartment There was NO wifi even though it stated there was very disappointing we were offered wifi from the travel office but at 5 euro a day

Appartement très lumineux, spacieux, bien décoré et très propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Une grande terrasse pour s’installer et se reposer avec vue sur la mer. Bien situé, proche de tous les commerces. L’emplacement à 20 m de la mer est idéal avec sortie direct sur la plage. Belle piscine.
