Located on the seafront facing Capellans Beach, this apartment is perfect for enjoying a relaxed holiday on the Costa Dorada. The Playamero complex stands out for its family atmosphere, tranquillity and direct beach access. From the communal garden with two swimming pools (adults and children's) you can access directly to the beach located right in front of the complex. A genuine beachfront accommodation! Capellans Beach is a small beach located in the urban centre of Salou, known for its gentle slope and safety for families with children, as well as having services, facilities and an area for water sports. There is also a pleasant pine tree area with a children's playground.
DISTRIBUTION
Accommodation for up to 5 people, comfortable and welcoming, with a fantastic terrace with sea views and access to the communal area. It is distributed as follows:
- Living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and sofa bed for the fifth person.
- Fully equipped American kitchen
- Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace
- Children's bedroom with two single beds.
- Second bathroom with shower
- Terrace with sea views

TO HIGHLIGHT:
- Free Wi-Fi in the communal area. Please note that the signal does not reach inside the accommodation, but if you wish, you can hire a router for an additional fee to have Wi-Fi within the accommodation.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (adults and children's).
- Ideal for staying with children.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. L emplacement face à la plage , les différents accès au logement côté plage , rue , garage ! Très facile !
La clim au salon manque ! Très frais ds les chambre mais cuisine et salon assez chaud! 2 transats sur la terrasse à emmener à la piscine serait top !

La propreté de l’appartement et de la résidence. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et très propres. Résidence sécurisée et bien gardée. Face à la plage, l’emplacement est idéal.
