The aparthotel was new and all facilities were tip top! We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was complete and washer dryer was a life saver. The location was absolutely ideal - midway between Kyoto Station and Kawaramachi, walking distance both ways. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants a home away from home.
I had requested an early check in prior to arrival and was prepared to pay. Was told that it was subject to availability. We got there half an hour before check in and again requested early check in. Front desk did not even check and promptly declined.

It was quiet and super comfortable. the staff was so nice and helpful. it was located right near a 711 which was super convenient.
location was a little out of the way but still relatively close to things. the bed was a little hard, it would be nice if they had egg crates or some type of mattress pad to add to beds that might make the bed a little softer for foreigners.
