    Given that the hotel is 1-star only on the platform and Google Reviews, we didn’t expect much. We also booked this pretty much last minute and it was one of the few left within our budget. However we were proven wrong because it was great! Air conditioning was working very well and was able to comfort us after long walks under summer heat. For a room that you would only occupy to sleep after exploring Rome, it is very decent. Staff were also helpful on unlocking the doors for us whenever we fail to figure out how european keyholes work. They also have a kettle, fridge, and hair dryer. Shower is also heated. I don’t see why it’s only one-star because we loved our stay here. Would definitely come back again.

    Very poor room condition with broken window, no security, could not sleep. No electricity during the whole stay. Could not charge phone. Next day phone got switched off. Got in trouble for site seeing because couldn't show the booking reservations for all the places, which were in the phone only.
